For our summer internship, we’re looking for college students who think big, are eager to take on challenges, and are ready to collaborate with teams and with one another. Interns join experienced teams tackling ambitious, high-impact projects. This competitive program is built for students ready to grow, take initiative, and do hands-on work in a collaborative environment.

Internship opportunities span a wide range of teams, including but not limited to Philanthropy, Venture, Communications, Policy, Brand Design, and Finance. Whether your strengths are analytical, creative, strategic, or operational, there’s a place here for you to explore your interests and grow your skills.

During the internship, interns will have opportunities to learn directly from Emerson Collective leaders through virtual programming sessions. We also encourage interns to connect with one another and with staff across the Collective to build meaningful relationships and grow their professional networks.

Students from all majors – rising undergraduate sophomore, juniors, and seniors – are invited to apply for up to three positions. The class of 2026 is eligible to apply for selected roles as noted on each job description.
