No right, title or interest in those marks is granted in these Terms or through your use of the Website. EC may remove any Links or Listings at any time for any reason or for no reason.
Modification of the Website.
EC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website or any portion thereof in EC’s sole discretion and with or without notice. You agree that EC shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website or any portion thereof.

Claims of Copyright Infringement.
If you believe in good faith that materials available on the Website infringe your copyright, you may send EC a notice requesting that we remove the material or block access to it. If you believe, in good faith, that someone has wrongly filed a notice of copyright infringement against you, you may send EC a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the Digital Millenium Copyright Act. See http://www.copyright.gov for details. Notices and counter-notices should be sent to: Designated Agent (Phone: 650-422-2167), 555 Bryant St., Suite 259 Palo Alto, CA 94301; or by email to email@example.com.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of the Terms or your use of the Website. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Emerson with respect to your use of the Website. The failure of EC to assert a right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent and the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. The Terms and the relationship between you and EC shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
