Immigrants: We Get the Job Done #Ham4All
In honor of Immigrant Heritage Month, Lin-Manuel Miranda is issuing a challenge to fans of Hamilton: show your support of organizations that benefit immigrants, and you could win a ticket to the musical's opening night in Los Angeles.
The campaign benefits the Immigrants: We Get the Job Done Coalition, a group of 12 immigrant rights organizations brought together by the Hispanic Federation. These powerful groups tirelessly advocate for immigration reform and work across the United States—they provide direct services to immigrants from around the globe, including legal representation, English language classes, and “Know Your Rights” education campaigns:
- Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Service (ACCESS)
- Alianza America
- Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus
- Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA)
- Immigration Equality
- FANM, Inc./Haitian Women of Miami
- Kids in Need of Defense (KIND)
- LULAC Institute
- National Day Laborers Organizing Network (NDLON)
- National Immigration Law Center
- Tahirih Justice Center
- United We Dream
A $10 donation through the online giving platform Prizeo earns supporters 100 entries for the grand prize—roundtrip airfare to Los Angeles, tickets to the show, access to an afterparty, and the chance to meet Lin-Manuel.
What’s more, the #Ham4All Challenge invites fans to add their voice to the campaign by sharing videos of themselves singing a favorite song from Hamilton, then challenging friends to do the same.
